Chuck Lieberman, chief investment officer and managing partner at Advisors Capital Management, joins BNN Bloomberg to talk about central bankers tightening policies, he warns that despite these moves it will be difficult to bring inflation down in 2023. Lieberman also notes the markets are doing a better job identifying names that will benefit from rising rates. He likes banks and well established tech names over speculative names. Adding that higher rates could become a problem for the bond market.
