Lee Balducci

Lee Balducci is a Regional Sales Director at Advisors Capital Management, where he works directly with financial advisors across the New York, Long Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey territories to support client-focused investment implementation. With more than two decades of experience in financial services and advisory platforms, Lee brings deep expertise in managed accounts, product education, and advisor support.

Prior to joining ACM in 2013, Lee held several roles at AXA Advisors, including Assistant Vice President of Broker Dealer Sales Desk, where he led sales teams, trained financial professionals, and built programs designed to expand the use of advisory and managed account solutions. Earlier in his career, he held investment and portfolio support roles at Lazard Asset Management and Prudential Financial.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts from the New York Institute of Technology.
